recently, im weak, physically weak and mentally weak…
last nite reached home quite early and jio by house mate to go for gym. was thinking, okay lah, some exercises might be good and help.
it’s the 1st time i have been to the gym room since i moved to current place. and it’s not bad at all.
last time i prefer to do night street jogging and din even bother to try the Jogging Treadmills cos i thought it’s very boring to jog on a “static” thing.
actually it’s quite fun
and it has some advantages also compared to street jogging: you can jog at an even speed so that it’s less tiring and you can read all sorts of data from the panel of the machine so that you know how you perform. narrr… this is how i did…
- Time: 38 mins
- Speed: 10 km/hr
- Distance: 6 km
- Calories burned: 420 (
which is less than what u gain from a plate of chicken rice, 600 calories…)
not bad not bad, today totally not feel tired or have sore legs. feel quite energized instead, hmmmmm, seems im still quite strong mahhh
hehehehe
okay, shall visit the gym more often~~
